Die EB!!!
I didn't get a Ghaleon puppet because of them! Back in April when I pre-ordered Lunar 2 I asked them about putting $20 down so I could get the Ghaleon hand puppet I had read about on Working Designs website. They said that they knew nothing of it and that they only ask for $10 down on games but that I would get the puppet anyway if they heard anything about it. In June I went back to EB so I could give them my new phone number. While I was there I again asked about it and they claimed to know nothing of the puppet but of course, if they did I would get it. So I go and pick up Lunar 2 on Sunday, December 17th and I immediately open the games box to check for the puppet and sure enough it wasn't there. They told me that because I didn't put down $20 for the game that I don't get a puppet! The manager said he's sorry for not calling me to let me know whenever it actually was that they found out about the puppet deal but since these things are very limited edition I wouldn't get one because they had only enough puppets for those that did the $20 thing. They're sorry. Sorry they didn't do their job? pff..I doubt that. It's not fair damnit! I'm currently very happy with the game itself but very unhappy with EB. AND .. I WANT MY GHALEON PUPPET!! |
