This Chansey I was raising since last year died in a cloning accident 9/12/00.
The details of the accident aren't important, but what she was is. I raised this Chansey from L10 to L48 entirely in the small area outside of Pallet Town. She fought only L2-5 Pidgeys and Rattatas. I was by far not done raising her there, as I wished to raise her to L100 by battling only in that area. Here are her final statistics...
