Washuu is so intelligent that her IQ cannot be meaningfully quantified. She has pretty much mastered all forms of science, but her pet favorite has to be Genetics (Cloning, Bioengineering etc...) as she created Ryoko, Ryoohki and many others. Washuu has the ability to generate an energy sword much like Ryoko's (and likely more powerful). She also has teleportation powers that surpass even current bleeding edge transporters, both genetically and the usage of transporter base technology (See below), and she can change her form from a 12 year-old Washuu to a fully Mature Washuu (and any other age I suspect). She can also do all kinds of fancy tricks with subspace and appears to be able to anticipate and avoid/dispell several of Ryoko's powers. This is also applied to many other attacks that may get to her now.
Her body was cybernetic (Robotizied) and modified with her goddess past to amplify her powers when another freak accident involving Mihoshi ended up having her legs and arms replaced. She is now 10 times as strong and fast with enhancements of the cybernetic technology which she has used to take control of an experiment that created the Borg race. She has an even more immense knowledge base by roping control of the Borg Collective Conciousness, merging it with the Cybernetic Pokémon Data Stream and connecting her brain to this vast network. Many assorted phaser, disruptor, energy and anti-matter weapontry can be called, summoned or even generated at will with either her mind commands. She can tap straight into computer systems with her mind without even touching an input device, giving her great power. SHe creates holograms that can even kill. ("Even a holographic bullet can kill..." --Picard) with emitters or even summoned emitters for great efficency. She has yet to get return to her Goddess capabilities.
However, she has now in the process of duplicating the gems that Ryoko gets her power from in order to return to full strength. This may take time, as information and anyalsis of this magnititude, even with distributed computing and thought processes (A process used that takes the work of doing the gems to smaller chunks to people that she has in her mind control, in her own personal "Borg Collective", or any other method.)
An anaylisis of the Borg Collective that Washuu has Created: "Hive Mind", "Borg Collective", "Collective Consciousness", these are terms used to describe the group consciousness of the Borg civilization that Washuu-chan has created. Each Borg individual, or Drone, that she has taken in or created is linked to the Collective by a sophisticated subspace network that ensures each member is given constant supervision and guidance. The collective is broadcast over a subspace domain similar to that utilized by the transporter. Being part of the Collective offers significant biomedical advantages to the individual Drones. The mental energy of the group consciousness can help an injured or damaged Drone heal or regenerate damaged body parts or technology. This is instrumental in the Borg ability to adapt with great speed to defensive tactics used against them.
Thanks to cybernetic replacements, her physical strength is not to be questioned at all. Although she prefers other methods, she can really push if it is called for.
